Gorgeous in its simplicity of form, this glass teapot brews tea the traditional way. Fill the fine-mesh stainless-steel infuser with loose tea (1 teaspoon per cup plus 1 teaspoon for the pot), plunge it into water that's just reached the boiling point (don't boil out the water's oxygen, which is crucial for full flavor), and cover the infuser with the chrome-plated stainless-steel lid. Steep to taste (two to five minutes). Remove the infuser, replace the lid, pour up to 8 cups (the pot's capacity), and relax.
