- Apply a thin layer of butter to ExtraordinAire pans before each use to facilitate the release of baked goods.
- There is no need to dust the pan with flour.
- Do not use metal utensils or cut in the pans, as it will damage the nonstick coating.
- Wash with hot, soapy water and a soft dishcloth. ExtraordinAire is dishwasher-safe.
- The nonstick coating makes cleanup so easy that hand-washing is recommended. However, do not submerge in water to avoid water being trapped inside the jelly roll pan's layers.
